
LIVE MUSIC FLOW & SOUND HEALING with Shea and Fiona
This class will begin with a musical breath work mediation and yoga flow, accompanied by live original music. Fiona and Shea will lead participants into a yoga sequence, with Shea taking on the physical lead while Fiona performs original uplifting tracks from her current album. This process will repeat itself as the crowd works from a warmup to a peak, ending with a cool down. Then cool down will be completed by a 15 minute Sound Bath Meditation.
