Community Meditation and Sounbath with Brooke Meyers
Join us for our monthly workshop designed to cultivate mindfulness, community, and deep relaxation. In this class, Brooke will guide you through a breathing exercise and grounding meditation, creating a peaceful space for you to center your mind and body.
After the meditation, you'll be invited to reflect and journal on a couple of prompts related to the theme of the workshop. This time for self-inquiry allows you to deepen your practice, clarify your intentions, and explore new perspectives in a personal way. Whether you're new to meditation or have been practicing for years, this is an opportunity to explore different techniques and practices in a supportive and welcoming environment.Following your journaling, we’ll come together for a group discussion, where you’ll have the chance to share insights, ask questions, and connect with others.
To close the class, Brooke will guide you into a soothing sound bath using crystal singing bowls tuned to different energy centers in the body. The healing vibrations from the bowls will help balance your chakras, release tension, and invite deep relaxation.
The intention of this class is to foster connection with yourself and others in the community. All are welcome—no prior meditation experience necessary!
