Best Practices for Cold Plunge and Sauna
Wear a clean bathing suit. Please shower before entering the cold plunge.
Take slow, deep breaths to help your body adjust to the temperature changes.
Avoid splashing / Suggest lenghth for a cold plunge is 3-5 minutes
Hydrate before and after your session to support your body's thermoregulation.
Start low and slow, gradually increasing the duration and intensity of your exposure.
Rinse off before and after to cleanse your skin and regulate your body temperature.
Limit your sessions to 2-3 times per week, allowing your body to recover.
Bring loose, comfortable clothing to wear after your session.
Consistency is key - make cold plunge and sauna a regular part of your wellness routine.
