This 90-minute all levels workshop will explore 3 traits of water — power, ease, and depth — to practice embracing change, to ride out life's ebbs and flows, and create more presence in your yoga practice on and off the mat. We will begin in an ocean visualization meditation, and move into power with 20 minutes of vinyasa practice, ease with 20 minutes of restorative yoga, and depth with a 20 minute yoga nidra, or yogic sleep.
The workshop includes a recorded 10 minute meditation, 15 minute yoga nidra and 3 self-inquiry questions created by Jessica so that you may continue the practice of flowing like water in your daily life. The virtual version of the workshop will also include a recording of the entire 90-minute workshop so you can practice it at a time best for you!
