300 hour teacher training

Shakti Yoga University’s 300-hour teacher training includes a year of gathering in the community to ripen your studentship, evolve as an irreplaceable and excellent teacher, deepen your personal practice and wisdom, align you with your intentions and dreams for 2020 and beyond. This training is created and led by Liz Mead, Lauren Farina O'Brien, Kelly Carter and team of experienced yoga teachers and leaders . This program combines their decades of teaching and training experiences of different styles of yoga, self-development and practices. It is the training they have dreamed of.

Each month will focus on a specific theme and will build as the months progress.

Filled with practical techniques, energetic practices, space to grow and connect with yourself and others. Shakti Yoga U’s 300-hour training will be a catalyst for your growth and stepping into your powerful leadership wherever you may be.

REQUIREMENTS FOR 300HR TRAININGS

  • Training Requirements

    • Personal and group study outside training sessions

    • Commitment to growth for yourself and others

    • 2oohr RYT Certification

    • Full Tuition must be paid by end of training to graduate ( Payment Plans are available)

  • Payment Information

    • $30 non-refundable Application Fee due upon completion of your initial application

    • $400 non- refundable Deposit due upon acceptance into the training (this reserves your spot!)

    • BIPOC & LGBQ+ Scholarships are available.

    • Payment plans are available. You can pay by weekend module
