Relax into greatness in this two-hour workshop designed to roll out tension with therapy balls that target your muscles and eradicate adhesions and tightness by providing a deep-tissue self-massage.
This head-to-toe sequence affects profound change in the neck, shoulders, upper and lower back, hips, IT band, calves and feet. The result of these self-massage techniques along with a juicy restorative practice alleviates aches and pains so that you can breathe more freely and access greater range of mobility in your everyday movements. We will close with a guided yoga nidra (yogic sleep) meditation.
Yoga therapy balls are similar to working with a foam roller, but are better able to target specific problem areas. This workshop is a perfect complement to a regular yoga practice and no experience is necessary.

Sarah has been practicing yoga since 1998, teaching for almost 20 years, and she became a licensed massage therapist in 2012. Her teaching style incorporates vinyasa, restorative, Katonah Yoga, and others. Sarah is inspired to share yoga as a means for everyone to live life with greater purpose, compassion, and radiant wellbeing.
