The Personal Progression Practice is for students who are looking to advance their physical yoga practice. I designed this program to incorporate elements I wish I’d have learned earlier into my personal practice (arm balances, binds, jump backs, inversions, options for hip openers, savasana, etc.). We will cover the basics and grow from a stronger foundation. We will flow, work on drills to open and strengthen our bodies, and get some play time and one on one direction. The group will be intimate and interactive. Come with questions you’ve been meaning to ask about poses you’ve been unsure of how they are even possible, leave with an understanding of the process and confidence in your practice.
Cost: $75/ per class (limited to 6 people) / Members 15% off
When: 9:30 am – 11:00 am Sundays

What you’ll need: Anything you’d need for a yoga class, mat, towel, water, and a journal.
