Do you love hip openers, or want to know more about them? This workshop is for you! We will start with a short practice to get warmed up, then dive into several hip openers, focusing on alignment and maximizing each pose. After all those juicy hip openers, we will finish with Yoga Nidra (a deep relaxation technique) to have you leaving blissed out for the rest of the day.
