You know that mystical state where everything serendipitously falls into place at the perfect moment, time slows down, everything becomes vivid, and life feels like it is conspiring in your favor? Yep, that’s flow. Now, science proves that the happiest (and most productive) people in the world have the most flow in their lives.
Learn how to hack this state on and off your mat through breath work, journaling exercises, partner work, phases of flow, and hedonic calendaring. If you feel stuck, want to enrich your life, or increase happiness, focus, and flow this workshop is for you! There is no asana (yoga postures) in this workshop. Please bring a journal and a pen/pencil.
