Join us for our monthly workshop designed to cultivate mindfulness, community and deep relaxation. In this class, Brooke will guide you through a breathing exercise and grounding meditation, creating a peaceful space for you to center your mind and body. Afterwards, you'll have the opportunity to connect with others in a group discussion about meditation as a practice.
Whether you're new to meditation or have been practicing for years, this is an opportunity to explore different techniques in a supportive and welcoming environment!
To close the class, Brooke will guide you into a soothing sound bath using crystal singing bowls tuned to different energy centers in the body. The healing vibrations from the bowls will help balance your chakras, release tension and invite deep relaxation. The intention of this class is to foster connection with yourself and others in the community!
