We will create a space where participants can quiet the mind, listen to self, and tap into their inner wisdom as the season transitions into fall. We will spend time in individual reflection, considering the stories that have been passed down to us, and exploring ways to connect to our wisdom in our day-to-day lives. Activities will provide space to harvest learnings so we may move into this next season feeling more clear and connected to ourselves.
We will use personal practice such as gentle yoga, guided meditation, and reflective writing. Participants are asked to wear comfortable clothing and may bring beverages. Please bring a journal and writing utensil with you. All levels of practitioners are welcome.

Workshop leaders are Katie Maxwell and Dawn Griffith. Katie has a background in organizational change management and has a Master's in organizational leadership. Dawn has been a yoga teacher for 9 years. She has her 500hr RYT.
